Travel/Location
We travel within ten miles of the Denver/Aurora Metro Area. $0.65/ per mile trip charge added to service. For travel greater than 10 miles maximum 20 miles outside Denver/Aurora area is a $2.00/per mile trip charge added to service.
******$20.00 non refundable deposit due when appointment is booked; will be applied to total service charge.
Cancellation Policy: You have 24 hours to cancel your appointment at no charge; If canceled after 24 hours, you will be charged $20.00 deposit. The stylist has a 30 minute window from the scheduled time to arrive. Please take traffic, weather, and other factors that may be beyond our control into consideration.
Day of Appointment/Service
Hair must be clean the day of appointment. Depending on your hair texture or desired cut, the stylist will wet your hair if necessary. We ask you to be prepared for your appointment so that you can keep to your scheduled appointment and avoid causing any delay for the next scheduled client.
If you are not prepared for your appointment, cost of mileage will be added and deposit will be forfeited.
